Who Governs, Administers and Monitors The Arc?

We are a tax-exempt non-profit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code

The Arc is governed by a board of directors who are elected by the membership.

The Arc of Gregg County has an independent audit done yearly.
